Living in balance is very different from having the "perfect life"

A perfect life is an illusion. We are constantly being given opportunities to learn and grow, and though life may seem hard at times, there is always so much to be grateful for.
 
Being in balance means fully embracing and enjoying every aspect of your life.
​
Although it is not always easy, every one of us has the opportunity to transform our lives. We can choose a career that makes us feel alive and fulfilled. We can invest in relationships that inspire us and fill us with love, and a spiritual or religious practice which helps us to remain grounded, knowing that we are supported on our chosen path. It is important to embrace exercise that excites and invigorates us, make time for meaningful rest and rejuvenation, and develop a healthy relationship with food that will nourish our bodies.

On my own path to living in balance I found that the more I limited environmental and chemical toxins the sharper my intuition became and the happier and healthier I felt.
 
There are many ways that toxins affect our health and our emotions. They come in many forms and we are vulnerable to a large number of environmental and chemical toxins on a daily basis.

Now I am not suggesting you go and live in a bubble, quite the contrary. I want you to live the most fulfilling vibrant life.  I don’t want you to be slowed down by disease or ill health.
 
Health and wellbeing are not found in a medicine bottle or at the doctor’s surgery. When we end up there our symptoms are usually already out of control and we are looking for something to fix us. Great health is a result of sustainable natural lifestyle choices which help us to achieve and maintain balance.
 
I can help you on this journey. It would be my pleasure.
 
Accountability really matters when creating sustainable long term change. This is why I propose starting with a 5 session program and then going from there.
 
We all know the right things to do; drink more water, eat healthier, surround ourselves with positive people, find a vocation that we love. The reality can be somewhat more challenging. This is where the support of a wellness coach really makes all the difference.

We will speak each week or fortnightly in 75 minute sessions to ensure that you are
